hi..I'm mother of 6month old feeding baby .. having abdominal pain and back pain.what may b the reason

A. hi abdominal pain need to be checked by your doctor as it happens because of many reasons like gas , indigestion or Infection etc. for back pain ,I would suggest you to use Babyhug heating pad which will definitely give instant relief in pain . don't sit or stand for long period don't sit with hanging your legs Down. have Healthy nutritious diet. take apt sunlight at least 20 minutes a day.
