Q.

hi. I'm mother of 6 months baby girl. she has started solid food like ragi etc. Lack of breast milk with my doctor's permission I give formula milk to her. My question is apart from that what amount of water should I have to give.?

A. Water should be limited to 30 ml max per day. It can be given after a meal to keep oral hydrated.. rest continue with complementary food n formula milk feeding on demand

A. good evening in the beginning I would recommend you to make sure that you give a few sips at regular intervals to make sure that the child is well hydrated later on you can increase the quantity
