Hi, i m mother of 1 yr 1 mnth old baby boy. and i have extreme pain in my legs and back even while sleeping in the night i start feeling pain and restless . now its very difficult to take care of my son in this condition. plss suggest Thanks in advance

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. it is important to look out for deficiency related to the calcium vitamin b12 iron folic acid and vitamin d because whenever their deficiency occurs the same complaints that you have stated comes in many mothers and you can go for physiotherapy and also take this supplements
