Hi , I'm mother 4months old baby.my baby not taking milk from my right breast..recently I saw a white color dot on my breast ..so..I have given milk from right side and now it turns red and after that puss like thing came out and a small hole formed ..what I need to do..is it dangerous or please suggest me .. thank you so much

it is advice to feed the baby switching the breast try comforting
