Continue with breast feeding or formula milk feeding in between and on demand.
You can give Daal Khichdi with adding variety of veggies like Spinach, potatoes, beans, carrot, pumpkin.
Give Ragi , makkhana, rice, suji porridge, suji kheer, oats.
Give fruits like peach, pear, apple, avcado, banana in pureed form or mashed form.
Give wheat Dalia adding veggies.
curd rice, curd roti (soaked), Daal roti (mashed and soaked) is one of the best meal for babies..
You can add few drops of ghee and dry fruits Powder in each preparation to enhance nutritional value.

We should give salt and all the spices to the child in the food just avoid giving sugar to the child instead of sugar you can use jaggery powder that’s going to be absolutely good enough to go for and lastly I’d also advise you at the same time that you should go ahead with giving varieties of food to the child I think that’s what is going to be quite helpful and dairy products can be given tone pasteurised milk can be given animal milk should only be given to the child after completing the timer 12 months
