hi I'm having pain while feeding feel like some kind of puse formed on the nipple it hurts a lot when feeding can you suggest any medicine or ointment

TBACT ointment you can apply but this way it’s very difficult to say what maybe be the reason behind it so I think it is best in your interest to consult a gynaecologist once get yourself checked by your doctor and on that basis with whatever they figure out to be the reason behind it they will advise you with the right treatment to follow for that
