hi I'm having cold & baby pain .still I'm breastfeeding to my baby . can u plz suggest any medicine. I taken p-650

you can take dolo tablet for this.
take healthy and well blanaced diet.
keep your body well hydrated.
take enough sleep.
drink warm water with pinch of turmeric powder salt and Tulsi leaves.
maintain good hygiene.
