hi , I'm feeding mom For the past 2 days I've been unable to see properly blurry vision , severe headache , no perfect sleep from past 3 months ... is it normal for feeding mother or not

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. It might be due to weakness so you must start taking a multivitamin avd rahe good rest and start doing pranayam and yoga in the morning to relaxed relaxed abd regarding blurry vision you must consult the doctor

ShellyMom of 2 children2 years agoA. Dear, you are feeding mother so you need to take double care of your diet. Rest is also very important. If possible please call out for help to your mother or mother in law . Do hire home help for some extra work and above all do try to sleep more . Leave everything aside and sleep whenever your baby sleeps. You need to take care of yourself for your baby.
