Hi, I'm breastfeeding mother for 11 month old baby. can I have chocolate and dark chocolate during feeding to my baby? did it will affect my baby, if I have it?

Yup Of course you can have chocolates and all other things that you want to you not exclusively breastfeeding the child is 11 months of age you can have whatever you want to have the restriction is my initial months when you exclusively breastfeeding the chocolate is actually never a restriction
