Q.

hi. I'm am mother of 1yr 2 months old baby she is suffering with cold and cough along with fever.. I'm using p-250for fever.. can I use ascoril ls syrup 2.5ml twice a day... or I use to give ascoril ls drops for her.. can any one help me

A. Cough and Cold should be treated ideally only after a proper clinical examination by a doctor.it may be any infective or allergic.it is not so related to food items like ba.nana etc.but seasonal changes may aggravate. .give steam and nasoclear drops can also be used multiple times. Cough Syrup or nebulization should be given according to the type of cough .medication by self is not advisable. if tthe the cough is productive you can give kufril-ls syrup for now .avoid refrigerated items and give only simple home-made preparations as required.child will gradually begin to eat as symptoms resolve.
