Hi, I m addicted to vicks vaporub since long time actually initially I was using vicks whenever I get cold n then I started using it every night bcoz I m having chest cough all the time so if I apply in nose I feel more breathe but since few time if the weather is hot n if I don't apply vicks in nose I feel trouble to breathe n short breathe n suffocating feeling I feel why this is happening n how I can breathe fully without vicks and my heart beqt will b normal pls help
