hi I'm a mother of 5 months old baby can i consume pippali with milk everyday plss suggest me as I'm breastfeeding mother it doesn't cause any issue to my baby can i consume this or not plss answer me

please avoid self medication,some medicine and it's content can affect your breastmilk supply and so your child
so please avoid taking it.
just take homemade healthy and well blanaced diet
keep your body well hydrated
take apt sunlight at least 20 minutes a day
maintain good hygiene
