Q.
Hi, I'm a mother of 2.5months old baby. Notice my breast milk is not the same. It feels sometimes good and some days milk generation is low and baby tummy doesn't fill. Any solution?

Then just to keep your lactation in place properly I would suggest you to take lactation supplement like Shatavari powder that you can take three times in the day with warm water that usually is very beneficial in increasing the lactation so you can have it as of now
