hi I'm a mother of 1 year old boy... he was very healthy till Saturday night after 12midnight he vomiting continuously and it ended up in diarrhoea.. till now vomiting has stopped with some medications but diarrhoea is severe... he has not passed urine from today eve.. Wat is to b done and is there anything serious

urine passage indicates hydration status.if he has not passed urine for more than 6 hours then it's advisable to visit nearest hospital
