Q.
hi, I m a mom of three month old boy baby, I had my periods now but only droplets will come. is it usual or is there any problem of mine

ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 1 Year agoA. it's normal. Periods after delivery may occur anytime in between one year and may remain irregular for a few months
no medication is needed for that
you just need to maintain good nutrition along with adequate water intake and use proper contraceptive method to avoid unwanted pregnancy

Initially when you resume with your periods first six months would be little tough a lot of women do not get proper periods you can face different different issues like how you are facing right now but if the next time your period comes and it is in the same same manner then in that case you can consult your doctor one time
