hi I m a mom of 10months my baby is healthy but till now she didn't get her teeth. so I m confused as many people are telling me that by this time she would have got her first tooth so please clarify my confusion. thanks ๐

ExpertDr. Garima VermaDentist3 years agoA. there is nothing to worry about in this as some kids get their teeth a little late and the maximum you can wait is be till the age of 18 months for the first tooth to erupt in your baby's mouth

However, some babies are born with a tooth, and some still have a completely gummy smile on their first birthday. If your baby still doesn't have any teeth at 10 months he is, almost certainly, justย taking his time
