Q.

Hi, I'm a mom of 1.5 yr old baby. Since my delivery, every month I get dizzy during periods. what can be the reason. Never felt such issue before pregnancy.

A. take iron calcium and multivitamin regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day drink lots of water have sunbath every morning for half an hour daily
