Hi I’m a father to Jiva (1year). When can we introduce cow milk to the babies. My daughter just completed 12months on Feb 10th. What should be the ideal time and quantity to introduce?

A. U can give any kind of milk after the age of12 months and add about 20-30% of water in the milk to make it light and easy for the child to digest and also u should give max 500 ml on the higher side and also start with least amount of milk to see the digestion
