1. they feed as if milk will run out.. but some times throws it back... even after burping successfully....if we feed lesser amount... they make us feel as if they are hungry..n need feeding..by crying mostly...plz suggest..
2. wen and how to do the transition to bottle feeding ?? presently they are on feeders and breast milk.. they get confused between the two methods of feeding..so suggest something which makes the transition smooth..n without confusing them much..

A. that is very normal that small children after taking breastfeeding will regurgitate small amount of milk.
if the amount of milk is less than 10 ml no need to worry.
this curd like milk is normal and no treatment is required.
but if the quantity of milk is more than you have to rule out any gastric problem the child might be having (can give drops domstal 3 drops then wait for half hr and then give milk)
you can decrease the the regurgitation by giving more burping time to the child.
also due to common pathway at the back between nasal cavity and the oral cavity the milk can come out through the nasal cavity also during the regurgitation and vomiting which is normal
meet your dr if vomiting is in large quantity and happening again and again
it is not advisable to give bottle feeding to the child because in the long run it can leazd to infections as well as can cause problems in the the tooth eruption of the child.
it is advisabzle that you should go for either katori spoon feeding and later on with the help of a small baby glass feeding or sipper feeding.
