hi, I'm a breastfeeding mother. if I take mangoes is that cause negative affect to the baby through breast milk

A. No you can of course I have mango in any other fruit that you would want to eat mangoes are actually seasonal food and very healthy to be eating but if you eat it in moderation and that is going to be good for you but in any case it is not going to affect your child
