Q.

Hi, I'm 38weeks pregnant. Due is on 19th August. During the growth scan doctor confirmed baby weight around 2.3kg. Is this a good weight for baby? What should I need to have so that baby weight get increased?

A. There could be a plus or -300 g error in the ultrasound scan also so keep taking high-protein diet and let’s hope for the bestWrite Your Answer Here

A. The weight is on the lower side because at birth the expected weight is a minimum of 2.5 KG’s and probably the baby might have some growth restrictionWrite Your Answer Here
