Q.

hi..I m 32 weeks pregnant..today I hv done a growth scan its showing fetal weight is 1600gm.dr.is saying baby is little small.suggest me something which will help me to gain fetal weight

A. Hi Take sunbath daily Keep yourself hydrated Don't use RO water as it's demineralized Use simply purified water having TDS higher than 350. Take probiotics , citrus fruits and other nutritious stuff Don't worry much keep calm and enjoy your pregnancy
