ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist4 years agoA. dear mum do not worry during the first trimester that is the first 3 months many e women have issue of nausea vomiting the pregnancy is settling down hence weight gain becomes difficult in fact many women lose weight ensure on having a healthy balanced diet providing variety of food groups have small frequent meals instead of 3 big meals
