hi I'm 29 year old and mom 2 kids younger one is 1.6 years. this is 3rd time im having my periods in 15 -19days. first time it was in 15 days and then second and third was in 19 days. what is reason. should I consult my gynecologist

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. yes you must see a doctor ok. you have to be committed to lose weight. eat more of fruits and vegetables and take lots of water. exercise like aerobic and cardios toosee more you can ask your own treating doctor. i am sure they will solve all your doubts and guide you
