hi I'm 20 weeks pregnant what can i add in my intake to increase baby's weight

A. you eat more proteins.Press and hold an item to pin it.To increase weight you must add high energy foods like eggs paneer , soya , ghee in rice , khichdi etc.this will boost him ok.

See There is a specific diet plan for a pregnant woman as such it is only just said that you should eat healthy and nutritious food you should have good amount of protein carbohydrates fats everything into your diet raise the doctor must have given new supplements to work on but try to incorporate all these things into your diet
