hi I'm 2 months old baby mother I have motion problem it's very hard to go for motion and blood s coming while going motion I'm getting tense about this plss suggest me wat to do and why this is happening pls answer me

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi mom Less intake of water and fiber food is the reason for constipation. Increase the intake of water and fiber food. U can have have isabgol with warm milk before sleeping to get relief from constipation.
