Hi I just wanted to clarify my doubts here My baby boy is five months old His weight is 5.8 now birth weight is 2.84 Last month when I checked his weight is 5.6 this month he gained only 200 gms only Am worried whether he gaining proper weight or not or shld I improve Kindly advice doctor please

A. hello usually by fifth month if the baby as double it's birth weight then it is a good weight gain and nothing to worry about and just make sure of the breast milk is sufficient otherwise you can alternatively be giving the child infant formula milk stage 1 using a bpa free bottle like babyhug which will help in the growth of the child and nothing to worry about
