Hi I just saw some rash on my son's neck. Is this due to summers or some infection .i Have attach the photo. Please suggest what needs to be dne .

give only breastmilk till completion of six months.
use soft clothing.
maintain a proper room temperature.
consult your paediatrician for proper examination of the child and start treatment if required
