Q.

Hi i have twin daughters of 8 months old.but i have concern about their weight bcz both were born premature.weight is less than 7 which food to increase weight gain faster?i give fruits,vegetables puree,daliya,rice everything but weight is not gain too much.please give me some tips to gain weight faster🙂

A. hi mom try to give mix veg dal khichdi with ghee soft parathas dipped in dals mashed potatoes bananas sweet potatoes ragi rawa pech
