Q.
hi..I have twin boys of 2.5months, born prematurely at 31weeks of pregnancy..one of the baby pukes regularly..we have tried burping..he vomits a little bit during burping also..he even pukes in later stages..we are giving formula milk on top of breast milk..tried changing formula milk..but result is same..please suggest on reducing this puking..

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 11 m old girl4 years agoA. it may be adi RTI gas. Infant colic is very normal in babies mostly up to 1 yr of age . Proper burping and exclusive mother feed till 6 month . Also gastica drop can be given 1 m l for the gaseous trouble .
