Hi I have twin boys 5 months old. Sometimes i get frustrated by handling both of them. And sometime i yell at them.I feel guilty about it but i dnt know how to control it. And i feel like i am not a good mom to my babies.I try to stop my anger but at the end of the day it comes out. Please help how can i stop it. Is is normal or something else. Am i the only one who gets angry on their child?

A. You should choose a house help who can help you with handling the babies and also taking care of house hold chores as when so many things needs to be managed then the anger issues arises so stay calm do pranayam and meditation
