hi I have started giving plain cow milk recently.is it necessary to add formula milk powder...or can I give as plain milk..will it make any difference

A. Plain milk is fine for him now,Limit your child's milk intake to about 16–24 ounces a day (2 to 3 cups). Serve more iron-rich foods (meat, poultry, fish, enriched grains, beans, tofu).
