Hi, I have recently noticed a small lipoma(2 in numbers) kind of thing on the right side of the neck area for my Son. I pressed them but he didn't cry or didn't feel any discomfort. What are those? should we see a paediatrician? please suggest

Lipoma is basically a fat ball in this place where you can see you can press it it is movable but it does not create any negative impact on the child which is why I’m just going to recommend you to kindly check with your doctor for clarity on the situation
