PriyaMom of 2 children2 years agoA. Drink plenty of water. Because 70% of the milk content is water. Eat healthy diet. Include nuts, jeera, ajwain, methi seeds , dairy products on daily basis. It will help.

Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and please have shatavari powder with cow milk twice a day and also have soaked meethi seeds early in the morning and also increase the intake of garlic ginger green leaves vegetables and dairy products in diet.
