hi I have missed my periods which was on 6 Apr but till now I didn't get it I have cross checked pregnancy test also but it showed negative and I am afraid of being something prblm can someone hlp me I am really afraid

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. well there wre so many reasons to miss the cycle ok. strees etc. you have to do a few more tests and a scan after a local doctor advice for proper treatment

Consult your doctor once for proper medical examination and treatment
No need to worry
There may be some hormone changes
Do some light exercise yoga regularly
Take a good care
Stay hydrated
Wash your hands often before touching your baby
