Hi I have many questions actually my son he is 2years 7months now but he didn’t speak he just say dog cat cow n A to Z am worried about him n sometime he bang his head also… please suggest me what to do?

Please feel free to post as many questions as you want we are here to help you in every way that we can okay so off your child is understanding everything other than saying few words and all then it is just not a problem maybe little bit of speech is there but understanding is proper and it’s not an issue second your child is in a very good age where you can enrol your child into play group with peers also kids learn to speak better over the period and do not give any screen time to the child as a biggest enemy and that can deal the growth of your child further I would recommend you to consult a speech therapist
