Hi….i have given 4.5 mL of p250 paracetamol syrup to my 1.6 year old with 10 kg weight..only one time given.. is it dangerous… please advice me I am in tension

Practically the doors should be 1ML or 10 drops given way to high amount of medication it can lead to side-effects but if your child is doing good after doing medicine at least for 5 to 6 hours and he should not be an issue but you have to monitor closely and if needed please talk to your doctor also
