hi, I have doubt. now my baby was 6 months old. she is taking my breath milk can I eat potato is it harm to her or not

what you eat does not affect baby digestion or gas or cause cold. breast milk is made from mother's blood. composition of breast milk and blood remains same irrespective of what mother eats
