hi i have baby boy now he is 9 months i am started to give him rice and ragi but he is not like to eat ragi and it is take too much time to digest so what should I give him

A. make sure to cook it well, ise sprouted ragi flour to prepare ragi porridge. Give three meal and one snack a day Continue Giving bm/fm in between and on demand. You can give Daal Khichdi with adding variety of veggies like Spinach, potatoes, beans, carrot, pumpkin, broccoli... Give Ragi , makkhana, rice, porridge adding fruits like peach, pear, apple, avcado, banana... Give wheat Dalia adding veggies. curd rice, curd roti(soaked), Daal roti(mashed and soaked) is one of the best meal for babies.. You can add few drops of ghee and dry fruits Powder in each preparation to enhance nutritional value.

A. Babies readily eat cereal, cooked noodles, soft breads, and rice. It's just as easy to give them enough dairy, since babies this age still drink breast milk or formula daily. Don't forget to serve extra protein in the form of chicken, fish, beans, or eggs.
