hi I have attached my palm pic so it turns like that even when iam mixing food using hand as if I soaked it in water... why it's so? what shud I do?

Some women have this kind of a sensitivity after their delivery when they keep their hand into water for a longer time we become like this only become a little pruny but that is completely normal over the period the situation is going to be much under in control but right now this is common and very very normal to happen
