hi , I have a niece who is 4 months old. She farts in extreme. Please advise me on this issue ASAP.

A. the baby is only for months of age it is quite natural that small babies will be farting gas which is present in the stomach you can you neopeptine drops to the baby 0.5 ml 2 times a day

A. Hi Farting is never a bad sign so I don’t think so you need to worry about it if your child is farting over and over I think it possibly means that there is no stomach pain that the child is having its normal and it is in fact very healthy if the child is farting that means your child is having no issue as such
