Q.
Hi.. I have a month old baby. My baby is not latching and refuses breast feed.. but he feeds well on bottle

A. try doing kmc , kangaroo mother care , latching ill b improved

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children5 years agoA. we had to find out the reasons why baby is not latching at the breast there can be a problem like small nipples inverted nipple of flat nipple it is better to consult once for examination to a doctor

It can be a possibility see you to understand this fact when bottle feeding a child takes its very easy for them to suck i It which is why kids do not latch on to the breast because sometimes it’s very time consuming job for them and they really have to put a lot of effort on breast and bottle is very easy which is why your child is very convenient to bottle feeding
