Hi , I have a child whose name is Devansh reason to ask about her diet because he always refuse to eat solid food. Is there is any way to start their food.

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. Feed Hand Mashed food to your kid . Give him a normal food in small amount, in frequent intervals.
Identify when he is hungry sit with him and eat with him.
