Q.

Hi! I have a 6 month old baby and I will have to start office now. He will be at home with my MIL. How can I give my milk to him that I will express during my office hours during the day (roughly 10 hours gap). Also, I wish to feed him directly before and after my office. Further, how the expressed milk shpuld be stored and fed to him. please help.

A. Namaste Mom As the feed would be given on the same day you can store it in the fridge and before giving it to the baby it can be thawed and not directly to be heated. on the gas . you can also prefer to feed in your presence and in your absence solids can be given
