Hi, I have 6 month old baby boy. Recently I have seen a pimple like bumps on his anus. I don't think it's hurting coz while cleaning the area baby doesn't cry. Please suggest

These things usually happen when you’re using diapers most of the times if you’re doing that please do not do that and currently you can apply coconut oil or you can also use candid dusting powder into that area for those pimples to subside and maintain proper hygiene and cleanliness down under
