Hi, I have 4month old baby girl she was born with 3.1kg weight and till now she has gained 5.3 kg. what can I do increase her weight. is it normal bit concerned

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. only feed adequate ok. Well, this looks ok but avoid self medication. try giving proper diet n don't miss on dose in this. see more you can ask your own treating doctor. i am sure they will solve all your doubts and guide you

Your child has gained 2 KG 200 g in four months so approximately 550 g in a month which is quite a healthy weight that your child is having a child is almost double the birth weight as of now already so I don’t think so you need to worry about with an average healthy weight which is important
