Hi,, I have 4 months and 28days old baby girl. Her weight is 5.7kg.But I feel her weight is low. Her birth birth weight was 3.13kg.

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist1 Year agoA. dear Mum, a weight of 5.7 kg is a normal weight for age for your baby at the age of 4 months 28 days. baby should gain atleast 500 grams of weight per month and should double the birth weight by 6 months.
