hi. i have 3 months old twin babies iam not getting enough milk supply to feed my baby what should I do and iam suffering from typhoid so please suggest me

A. Hello mom check with your doctor is that’s the reason for your low milk supply or even many women naturally have that issue . Take care of your diet include these foods such as garlic , flax seeds, dry fruits , milk , panjiri , oats , drumstick leaves, fenugreek leaves, jeera or ajwain or saunf water , if still it does not help . Take support of formula milk .
