ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist3 years agoA. stop day feeds. a lot of brands will be trying to impress you but you try to see your need and cost. thats better always. you have to be committed to lose weight. eat more of fruits and vegetables and take lots of water. exercise like aerobic and cardios too

U First I have to see that you are replacing your breastfeeding with you don’t need to have a replacement right so what have to do it start with replacing one breastfeeding with any other milk and slowly gradually increase that number of the other feeding and replace it with your breastfeeding gradually this way it will work for you
