Hi I have 11 month old baby...I feel I'm not enough breast milk to feed her... can I start giving cow milk..I got to know that my milk is not sufficient for my baby now

A. The best type of milk for (most) 1-year-old children is whole cow's milk, which contains more fat than reduced-fat (2 percent), low-fat (1 percent) or nonfat (skim) milk.
